When you send an inquiry we collect the name, email address and/or phone number you provide, your preferred contact method, your optional message and the items on your wishlist. We do not collect payment details; no payment is taken on this website.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your wishlist and protect forms, and an anonymous wishlist cookie so your wishlist is remembered for about 60 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your inquiry, reserve pieces for you and arrange payment and delivery. We email you a confirmation of your inquiry. We do not sell or share your information, except with service providers needed to run the site (such as hosting and email delivery).

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to manage orders and for our own records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to contact@myjewel.co.place.
